Suzhou Center Mall is located on a prime site in Suzhou Center in the heart of the western Central Business District of Suzhou Industrial Park, beside the scenic Jinji Lake. The Suzhou Center is the city’s most prestigious and largest urban precinct upon completion, comprising
Suzhou Center Mall, office, residential and W Hotel.
Suzhou Center Mall spans across three inter-connected buildings that are linked by a single monocoque roof canopy spanning over 35,000 sq m. It will be directly connected to two metro lines (Line 1, the main line connecting the east and west of Suzhou, and the future Line 3) and will have convenient above and below ground accessibility to adjacent buildings and nearby parks within the precinct.
When completed in 2017, Suzhou Center Mall will be the largest shopping mall in East China with a total gross floor area of about 285,000 sq m serving a catchment population of over 5.6 million in Suzhou, as well as a total of more than 13 million residents in the Greater Suzhou region.
The mall will feature international luxury brands exclusively in one building. Popular high-street fashion and lifestyle names, entertainment and children’s attractions, a gourmet supermarket,
an IMAX cineplex and an Olympic-size ice rink will be housed in the other two buildings.
