As investment advisor to joint venture Silk Road Holdings, TIAA Henderson Real Estate has helped the team secure further development sites following the initial acquisition of Florentia Village Jingjin in 2011. Florentia Village Guangzhou, located in the Nanhai District of Foshan, Southern China is being developed into a 45,000 sq m designer outlet centre whilst Florentia Village Shanghai, located in the Pudong New District, will offer c.56,000 sq m of designer outlet shopping. Both sites will boast premium Italian, international and Chinese brands. Florentia Village Shanghai will complete in November 2014 whilst Florentia Village Guangzhou will complete in May 2015.
