The project will be implemented in the Southern Administrative District, at the Nagatinskaya Poyma park. The project’s coverage area will include 38 million people, not taking the flow of tourists (9 million people annually) into account.
The property will be a mixed-use complex featuring a year-round DreamWorks theme amusement park, a concert hall, a yacht school, a themed retail area, movie halls, cafes and restaurants, as well as a landscape park . The outdoor area will feature a Ferris wheel offering panoramic views of the Moskva River.
The complex will have convenient transport accessibility, with four central thoroughfares (Third Ring Road, Prospekt Andropova, Varshavskoye Shosse, and Kashira Shosse), two operating (Avtozavodskaya and Kozhukhovskaya) and one future (Tekhnopark) metro stations, as well as South River Terminal, located in close proximity to it.
Expected daily visitor traffic at the complex is 70 thousand people.
